Henry M. Roberts attended a contentious church meeting that led to the birth of Robert’s Rules of Order. Contentious meetings are becoming more pervasive. Many times, the situation evolves to where everyone thinks they’re right and you are wrong.
The 2019 East Coast Practicum on Contentious Meetings provides a safe real-time environment of learning and practicing parliamentary skills and concepts.
The practicum will begin promptly at 9 am on Friday, May 31 and concludes around 3 pm on Sunday June 2.

ECP Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be in writing. Cancellation requests received after Sunday, May 19, 2019, will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Friday May 24, 2019.
