    Which is your favorite Parliamentary Authority. For me, it is Meeting Procedures by James Lochrie. I find it to be very clear and easy to understand.

    Meeting Procedures is concise but the shortest is RONR's "in brief" it is a good start and covers 80% of possible scenarios with references to the big book. Paul
