At the 2014 annual meeting of an organization, a bylaws change was brought forward for approval. Notice had been properly given, motion was made, seconded and unanimously approved. The actual text of the bylaws change was inadvertently omitted from the annual meeting minutes, the omission was not noted and the minutes approved at the 2015 annual meeting. The omission was just now noted so the question comes up as to how do we reflect in the written history (minutes) of the organization the text of the bylaws change? My first thought was to have it entered into the record of the 2017 annual meeting as a report from the Policy Committee, but I was just wondering if there was a better way to do this.
